About the assignment

A larger public actor in public transport is looking for an experienced Tech Lead / senior solution architect for a product area focused on security and safety for travelers.

The assignment is a key role in developing technical solutions that support operators within security centers, where video, alarms, communication, and real-time information are used to manage both urgent and preventive situations in public transport.

The organization is on a continued digitalization and modernization journey, with increased in-house development, AI elements, and improved integrations between systems.

Content of the assignment

You will lead the technical work for a central product area and be responsible for:

• Being the Tech Lead for the product area Security Operator Interface (TOI)
• 
  
• Practically driving DevOps work together with developers and UX specialists
• 
  
• Ensuring that development follows target architecture and technical direction
• 
  
• Acting as an advisory technical specialist in:
• System operations
• 
  
• Technical architecture
• 
  
• Development initiatives
• Performing some development and code reviews
• 
  
• Collaborating closely with users to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions

The team consists of about 15 people (developers, system specialists, solution architects, and tech leads) with high technical competence.

Profile & competence

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a senior Tech Lead and solution architect
• 
  
• Has solid experience in technical software product development
• 
  
• Is confident in leading technical teams and making architectural decisions
• 
  
• Has experience with agile working methods and DevOps
• 
  
• Is communicative and used to working closely with the business and users

The working language is primarily Swedish, but some English is also used.
