We are now looking for a technically versatile developer with an architect profile who wants to contribute to the further development of our systems and digital solutions. You will play an important role in driving projects, developing integrations, and finding practical solutions that make a difference in daily operations.

About the role

As an IT Developer / Integration Technician with us, you will work closely with our IT manager and have a key role in shaping, leading, and implementing the company's digital development initiatives.

You will work both strategically and operationally — a mix between IT architect, system developer, and technical project manager.

Your main tasks are to:

• Develop and improve integrations & processes between our systems (Business Central, Shopify, etc.)
• Build automations, processes, and data-driven flows
• Further develop our analytics environment in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
• Understand the business needs and translate them into well-structured technical solutions
• Lead projects from start to finish, including requirements, design, coordination, and implementation
• Create solution proposals and technical structure — without the requirement to always program everything yourself

The role is technology-close, business-close, and offers great opportunities to influence how our systems and flows work going forward.

Light IT administration is included – but is a minor part

Since we are about 20 employees, there is also a responsibility for the internal IT environment, such as managing users & equipment and ensuring that our environments run smoothly.

This is a smaller but natural part of the whole — the main focus is on development, integrations, and finding system solutions for the organization.

Our tech stack

You will primarily work with:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Microsoft Fabric & Power BI
• Shopify (Liquid)
• API integrations and automation solutions
• Spark & Python (preferred)

We believe you are

• Experienced in integrations, automation, or system development
• Curious, structured, and solution-oriented
• Interested in business processes and how technology can improve them
• Self-driven, but enjoy collaborating in a team.
• Unpretentious and used to taking responsibility for both small and large tasks

Preferred qualifications

• IT architect background
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric & Power BI
• Experience with Business Central or another full-scale business system in the mid-market segment
• Experience with Shopify/Liquid
• Experience with Spark & Python
• Background in .NET, JavaScript, or similar programming languages
