About the Position:
The work involves common tasks for a care assistant within home healthcare. At Axelsberg Health Center, we work in a wonderful team with doctors, district nurses, registered nurses, care assistants, and medical secretaries to create good continuity for our patients. We use the TakeCare journal system.
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who has completed care assistant training. You also have previous experience working in home healthcare. A driver's license (B) is required.
Personal Qualities:
You are flexible, helpful, and can step in where needed. You have a very good ability to collaborate with your colleagues while also working independently and driving your work forward. You enjoy providing good service and have a good attitude towards both colleagues and patients. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
Employment Form:
Full-time. Start date according to agreement. A probationary period may be applied.

- background checks will be applied before hiring according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for background checks at employment.
- employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment health examination, according to current directives, which is done through occupational health services before employment.
- in addition to a Swedish professional license, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements are guiding for non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
