At Capio Artro Clinic - Sophiahemmet, we are Sweden's leading sports injury clinic, a highly specialized orthopedic facility focusing on arthroscopic surgery of the knee, hip, shoulder, ankle, and elbow, as well as hip and knee prosthetic surgery. We perform approximately 5,000 operations per year and conduct the most ACL surgeries in Sweden. Our surgical department consists of five operating rooms at Sophiahemmet and two at Gärdet. Additionally, one of the operating rooms at Sophiahemmet is rented out to the Orthopedic Center. We offer rotation between these units to provide you with broader experience and professional development.

In addition to pure orthopedics with outpatient work and surgery, the clinic also has one of Stockholm's largest specialist operations in physiotherapy with a focus on sports medicine and orthopedics. Rehabilitation is conducted both at Sophiahemmet and at a branch in the Globen area.

There is a deep and broad knowledge of orthopedics, rehabilitation, and sports medicine at the clinic. Capio Artro Clinic collaborates with the Center for Sports Injury Research and Education (CIFU), which is a collaborative entity with MMK at Karolinska Institute and the Swedish School of Sport and Health Sciences (GIH). Through CIFU, we have created a creative environment where clinic, research, and education take place under the same roof within the Sophiahemmet area.

As an anesthetic nurse with us, you will be part of professional teams and participate in anesthesia and perioperative care during orthopedic surgeries, including spinal surgery, prosthetic surgery, and arthroscopy. There will also be rotation to our pre- and post-operative department.

We offer an introduction and local training to ensure you feel secure and can develop in your professional role. Your contribution is important for creating efficient patient flows with high quality and safety. Work is conducted during daytime on weekdays, and the department is closed on weekends and public holidays.

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with specialist training in anesthesia and have an interest in orthopedic surgery. We see that you have several years of experience as an anesthetic nurse, and we place great emphasis on personal qualities. Finding solutions when faced with new challenges is one of our hallmarks, and you will be part of the ongoing development work.

As a person, you are happy to share your knowledge and experiences while being open to learning from others. You are flexible and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively. You are driven to work in a professional team with sometimes a high pace.

Experience in orthopedic surgery is an advantage but not a requirement.
