In 2023, ClearSite was born, a Swedish PropTech initiative based on a simple idea: better decisions start with a better understanding of location and data. With GIS at its core, we are digitizing how industrial properties and production environments are developed and managed.

We are part of Esri Sweden, a world leader in geographic IT, but we operate with a startup tempo, quick decisions, and significant personal responsibility. Together with some of Sweden's largest industrial companies, we are building a system used in the country's most exciting transformation projects. Now we want to grow and are looking for someone who wants to help build both the solution, product, and working methods.

About the role

As a Product Developer & GIS Consultant at ClearSite, you will play a key role in a small, dedicated team where technology, product, and customer are closely intertwined.

You will work both on customer projects and with the further development of the ClearSite product, in close collaboration with our product owner and our customers. The role is suitable for you who enjoy when technology is central and solutions are not always given from the start.

This is a role for you who want to combine GIS, IT, problem-solving, and customer dialogue, and who is attracted to being part of shaping ClearSite in a growing company.

Your responsibilities

• Work on customer projects to configure, implement, and further develop our ArcGIS-based solution ClearSite
• Collaborate closely with our product owner to develop the product based on customer needs and real usage
• Act as a technical advisor and help customers get the maximum benefit from ClearSite

Security clearance may be required for some of our assignments.

Qualifications and personal qualities

You have a clear GIS and IT profile and feel comfortable working technically, while also being able to understand the customer's business and needs. You do not need to know everything from the start; the most important thing is a solid foundation and the willingness to develop further.

Requirements

• Several years of experience with ArcGIS
• You need to be able to speak and write fluently in Swedish and English

Meritorious

• Experience working with CAD data
• Understanding of property and facility-related challenges

Other

You will be based in one of our offices in Falun, Gävle, Gothenburg, Kista, Karlstad, or Malmö.

Travel may occur to some extent in the position.

The position is full-time and permanent with a start date according to agreement.
