About the assignment

Coor has the important task of being responsible for property management at several hospitals and schools in Gästrikland and Hälsingland. We are looking for someone who wants to use their skills and commitment to create safe, functional environments for patients, students, and staff. What will you be working on?

As a facility technician with an HVAC focus, you will work broadly and variably within property-related services in a dynamic environment. You will belong to a team that has good cooperation between competencies in a supportive, pleasant, and inclusive work culture.

Your tasks as a facility technician include:

• Performing ongoing inspections, supervision, and maintenance of properties
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of technical systems
• Ensuring that fault reports are completed on time and with the right needs/knowledge
• Communication with subcontractors and colleagues, verbally and in writing
• Participating in the establishment and follow-up of maintenance plans and improvement proposals
• Conducting risk assessments in the workplace and suggesting developments
• Performing task-based work beyond the agreement
• Being customer-focused and maintaining a good business relationship with clients

You work in a structured and meticulous manner.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Education in property/facility technology or equivalent experience
• Experience with HVAC systems
• Work experience in facility/technical management
• Driver's license B
• Good computer and system skills
• Good proficiency in spoken and written Swedish
• Good understanding of English

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with electrical systems, control and regulation, ventilation, and cooling
• Experience with Maximo, Faciliate
• Experience in property management in a hospital environment
• Training in mobile work platforms, fall protection training, hot work, facility management, or other relevant areas

About the position

• Employment type: Permanent position
• Employment rate: Full-time 100%
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 07-16. On-call duty included.
• Start date: By agreement
• Probationary period: 6 months
