Operations Engineer for Measurement Collection Systems

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an operations engineer, you will have functional responsibility for measurement collection systems and ensure that our systems for collecting measurement values for electricity, water, and district heating operate efficiently and with high quality. You will work with development, operation, and troubleshooting, as well as drive improvements that make our processes smarter and more cost-effective.

Your tasks include, among others:

  • Ensuring that the right technical equipment is available for collecting measurement values for electricity, water, and district heating.
  • Analyzing measurement values for the utilities of electricity, heating, and water
  • Monitoring and optimizing performance in our collection systems
  • Participating in and driving projects related to digitization and data collection
  • Conducting quality controls according to regulations for each utility.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a degree as a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a Master of Science in Engineering from a technical education, or equivalent education and experience. Experience in electrical work and work with energy systems, measurement collection, or measurement value analysis is advantageous.

To thrive in the role, you need to have a strong technical interest and good familiarity with systems and data. You are responsible, structured, and meticulous while also taking initiative and driving development forward. It is important that you enjoy collaborating, as you will be in contact with all business areas. Furthermore, you will have a lot of contact with our customers and contractors, so you need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

A valid driver's license (B) is required for the position.
