Insurance Advisor in Västervik

As an insurance advisor in Västervik, you will meet and provide service to our customers through personal visits at the office and via our digital channels. A large part of your day involves welcoming customers who visit us physically, where you, with attentiveness and engagement, help them find the right insurance solutions based on their needs. At the same time, you will have daily contact with both existing and prospective private customers through our digital platforms, allowing you to quickly and smoothly provide advice, answer questions, and convey our products.

You are an important part of the department's development and contribute to us reaching our goals together. Periodically, we experience high call volumes, so it is important that you can deliver good service even when the pace of work increases. You can communicate fluently in Swedish and handle English well. You also need to be comfortable working with various IT systems and digital tools.

Additional Information

The position is a permanent full-time employment. Start date as agreed. The location is at our office in Västervik. We apply a 6-month probationary period.
