We are now looking for an accounting administrator to join our team in Oskarshamn.

KlaraBo is a property company that acquires, constructs, owns, and manages attractive housing. The company was founded in 2017 and operates across the country. The strategy is to acquire existing residential properties in regions with population growth and a strong labor market. KlaraBo is a long-term property owner that, together with 74 employees, manages approximately 7400 apartments nationwide. KlaraBo is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

The finance function within KlaraBo is located in both Malmö and Oskarshamn. The finance team in Oskarshamn works with ongoing accounting, rent administration, and service to all companies within the property group. Therefore, we are looking for someone who enjoys combining financial tasks with service. The finance team in Oskarshamn currently consists of seven people.

With us, you will work with a variety of tasks such as handling supplier invoices, rent accounts, and debt collection management. You will support our colleagues in matters related to rent administration and serve as an extended arm between management and the finance department.

You are a meticulous and organized person with a digital mindset who enjoys having many different tasks. It is essential that you are positive, unpretentious, and comfortable working closely with other colleagues in the company.

We believe you have a relevant education in finance and several years of experience in similar tasks. Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage. Knowledge of the property system Vitec is also valued.
