With us, you will work with a variety of tasks such as writing medical records, healthcare documentation, and scheduling. The position includes rotation between departments and clinics, providing a varied job and a broad understanding of the operations. Other important parts of the assignment include registration in quality registers, handling referrals, diagnosis coding, and generating statistics from the Cosmic medical record system. Weekend work is included in the position.

About You

We are looking for someone with training as a medical secretary or healthcare administrator, with experience in medical record writing and diagnosis coding. To thrive with us, it is important that you appreciate independent work while being a good team player who enjoys collaborating with others. You are meticulous, structured, and have an eye for detail – patient safety is always your top priority. Being able to express yourself clearly and professionally in Swedish, both orally and in writing, is a given for you. If you also have experience with the Cosmic medical record system, it is an advantage. As a person, you are self-assured, flexible, and have the ability to adapt to new situations.
