Social Services

The Social Services are responsible for interventions, support, and services to individuals and families in the municipality. Our operations are primarily governed by the Social Services Act, the LSS Act, and the Health and Medical Services Act, and we are to implement interventions regulated by these laws. All operations are characterized by putting the individual at the center to meet their needs. The mission involves a strong customer focus and a spirit of service.

Provider LSS and Social Psychiatry

With over 400 permanent employees, we are a service provider aimed at children, youth, and adults. We are governed by LSS, SoL, and HSL and have implementation responsibility for interventions regulated by these laws. The operations are characterized by putting the individual at the center and collaborating to meet their needs. The operations have a strong customer focus, good service spirit, and provide conditions for cross-border work that is both inspiring and promotes professional development.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To be a support in the user's daily life at home, during activities, and in various everyday situations. The work is very active and includes cycling, swimming, and play, so it is important that you are physically fit and enjoy being active.

You will help create structure and security in daily life, participate in activities, and contribute to a positive and meaningful existence. Your mission is to support and guide the user in their development and daily routines.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You are a woman aged 20-50 (according to the user's wishes).
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Have a B driver's license.
• Are secure, responsible, and professional.
• Are attentive, curious, proactive, and engaged.
• Have experience with children and are comfortable in a family environment.
• Are active, positive, and able to take initiative.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and chemistry as it is important that you, the boy, and the family as a whole feel comfortable together.
