For a comprehensive establishment project within the public sector, we are looking for a consultant responsible for coordinating and following up on technical systems and deliveries. The assignment involves the establishment of several operations in a new office building and includes the construction of technical infrastructure for approximately 800 workstations, meeting and conference environments, as well as systems for operation, management, and technical security.

The assignment runs until all operations are fully moved in and operational.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, ordering, and following up on technical connections and systems based on the collective needs of the operations. The work is carried out in close collaboration with several internal and external parties and includes, among other things:

• Management of orders for technical solutions according to established documentation

• Coordination and follow-up of deliveries per system, from order to receipt

• Planning of deliveries considering various lead times, dependencies, and working methods

• Coordination between different actors during design, construction, and establishment

• Ensuring that the right materials are available at the right time

Each system has its own conditions and processes, which requires good structure and continuous follow-up.

• Good overall understanding of technical and IT-related systems

• Technical education or equivalent relevant experience

• Documented experience in leading, coordinating, and following up on orders for IT equipment

• Very good collaboration and communication skills

• Experience from assignments within the public sector or larger organizations, for example in connection with office establishment or relocation

• Practical knowledge of complex IT environments with high security requirements
