Professionals Nord is seeking a Sales Coach in collaboration with Lendo. This position is a direct recruitment, meaning that the recruitment process is handled by Professionals Nord and you will be employed directly by Lendo. In the role of Sales Coach, you will work closely with Lendo's sales team within Customer Relations, focusing on the company's most business-critical product. You will be based at Lendo's office and collaborate closely with two team leaders and their teams, which total approximately 30 salespeople. The role does not involve personnel responsibility, but you have a clear mandate to influence working methods, quality, and performance in daily sales activities.

Your mission is to enhance quality, accuracy, and business acumen in sales through continuous coaching, follow-up, and development.

Examples of job tasks:

• Coach salespeople individually and in groups with a focus on behaviors and results
• Ensure that sales methodology and working methods are followed and developed
• Follow up on performance, analyze data, and create improvement plans
• Be responsible for onboarding and rapid development of new salespeople
• Work on skill enhancement within sales, product, and customer dialogue

• Has experience in sales
• Has good knowledge of sales methodology and how it is applied in practice
• Is used to working in a results-oriented manner and following up on performance over time
• If you have experience from coaching roles in a performance-driven sales organization, we see that as very positive
