SEB Kort is now looking for a new colleague to their customer service team. Here you will help SEB's customers and develop in a safe and inspiring work environment at the headquarters in Arenastaden, Solna, with art on the walls and a barista to make your coffee.
About the position SEB Kort operates throughout the Nordic region and collaborates with brands such as SEB, AirPlus, Strawberry, and several co-brand partners. They offer services to both private and corporate customers and handle over a million customer interactions per year.
As a customer service representative, you will be part of the team that delivers top-class service to SEB Kort's customers.
Your main responsibilities:
- Provide support via phone and email. - Answer questions about invoices, transactions, complaints, credits, and interest rates. - Guide customers in SEB's digital services (website and app) - Ensure high quality and the best possible customer experience in every contact.

SEB Kort is looking for someone who has a strong service focus, is results-driven, and has a professional demeanor. You thrive in collaborations and have a lot of contact with both customers and colleagues. In a changing environment like SEB, we value curiosity, quick learning, and taking responsibility for your own development.
Furthermore, we would like you to have:
- Completed upper secondary education or equivalent
- Fluent in German, Swedish, and English, and it is a merit if you also have Spanish language skills in speaking and writing.
