We are now looking for more customer service representatives who want to be part of our team and contribute to our continued growth.

In the role of customer service representative, you are an important part of the business and have close dialogue with our customers. You primarily handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, focusing on providing professional service and guidance to existing customers. The role also involves administrative tasks related to customer inquiries and close collaboration with other departments to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Your tasks include answering customer questions via phone and email, providing service and guidance regarding our financial services, handling administration related to customer inquiries, and following internal procedures and regulations, including compliance within finance and AML.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has completed high school education

• Has 1–2 years of experience in customer service or another service profession (preferred)

• Has a strong service focus and enjoys a customer-facing role

• Is communicative, solution-oriented, and social

• Is responsible, meticulous, and self-driven

• Has a positive attitude and works in a structured manner

• Is computer literate

• Expresses themselves well in both spoken and written Swedish and English
