Are you ready to take the next step in customer service and work in a more responsible and senior role? We are now looking for a senior customer service representative with at least 2 years of experience who wants to be a key person in our team and contribute to high quality in every customer interaction.

The position is located at our headquarters in Danvikstull, Stockholm.

As a senior customer service representative, you will handle customer inquiries via phone and email and be responsible for providing professional, secure, and accurate service. You will also manage more complex cases and serve as a support for colleagues in their daily work.

This role is ideal for you who want to combine operational customer work with greater responsibility for quality, structure, and methods.

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email

• Ensure high quality and professional interaction

• Follow up and document cases in our systems

• Contribute to the development of routines and customer experience

• Has at least 2 years of experience in customer service

• Is confident in your role and used to taking responsibility

• Is structured, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious

• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English

• Has good system skills and is quick to learn new tools

• Experience from the insurance industry

• Experience in telemarketing

• Experience with case management systems

• Experience in supporting or onboarding new employees
