About the position Wrknest is now looking for a student for a part-time assignment as a Sales Coordinator for Björn Borg, which operates in sports and retail. The role suits you who have a sense of structure, are service-oriented, and enjoy administrative tasks. You will receive thorough training and have the opportunity to support an experienced sales team in their daily work. The work takes place on-site in Solna and can be adapted to your study schedule.

Your future tasks As a Sales Coordinator, you will be an important link between salespeople and customers, handling matters related to orders, complaints, and administration. You will work closely with the sales team in BNLX and wholesale customers and gain good insight into the sales flow from start to finish.

• Order management and monitoring of the order book

• Support for salespeople and handling customer inquiries via email

• Troubleshooting incorrect deliveries or credits

• Complaints and return handling

• Reporting, basic analysis work, and work in Excel

• Work in the business system Navision

• Daily communication in both Swedish and English

We are looking for someone who has

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Previous experience in administrative work

• Good knowledge of Excel

• Ability to work on-site in Solna

Meritorious:

• Experience with business systems such as Navision or equivalent

• Knowledge of Dutch

You are analytical and meticulous, able to see the big picture without missing details. You work quickly and efficiently, are not afraid to ask questions, and take initiative. Service and structure are natural parts of your work style, and you have a good understanding of sales and business perspectives.
