We are looking for

• 1 nursing assistant 100% - permanent position, placement at Norrskenet special housing & Vintergatan short-term accommodation
• 1 nursing assistant 100% - permanent position, placement at Åbacken & Utsikten dementia care

Job responsibilities:

In special housing and short-term departments, we work in teams, which makes both independence and teamwork skills important. Norrskenet is a special housing facility that offers 10 places, and Vintergatan is a short-term accommodation with 9 places.

We collaborate between both departments and have a common schedule.

Short-term placements can be granted for individuals who temporarily have a great need for care and rehabilitation or for individuals who have alternating care, which means that the person alternates between living in their own home and in short-term accommodation.

We focus on the healthy for a short stay in the accommodation with sustainable discharge in focus.

Utsikten and Åbacken provide care for users with dementia diagnoses. The operation focuses on care and support around the clock, with the support of a unit manager, nurse, and the rehab team consisting of an occupational therapist and physiotherapist.

Your job includes supporting the individual to ensure they have a meaningful everyday life. You will work with individual care of the elderly and also take on the role of contact person.

The work also involves health and medical tasks according to instructions and delegation, as well as collaborating in the common care work and activation around the individual.

Competence/qualifications - requirements:

• Trained nursing assistant.
• Other healthcare education is also considered an asset.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.
• Experience in elderly care is an advantage. Since the tasks require documentation, it is advantageous if you are computer literate.

Permanent
