Your tasks

As a nurse with us, you will work with standard tasks at the primary care level, such as medication management, wound dressing, injections, and catheter care. You will plan and structure your workday and collaborate with other professionals based on a person-centered approach. The work is carried out in ordinary housing where you are responsible for health and medical care efforts in close collaboration with the team around the individual.

Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, and weekend.

About Home Health Care

Home Health Care is responsible for home healthcare, home visits, rehabilitation, habilitation, and aids in ordinary housing, including prescriptions and certificates for housing adaptations. The assignment applies around the clock for individuals over 18 years old living in their own homes.

Our goal is to strengthen the individual's ability to live an independent life and to offer good and safe care of high quality. The work is based on a health-promoting and rehabilitative approach, focusing on participation, coordination, and clear distribution of responsibilities.

About you

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. Further education in district nursing, psychiatry, or elderly care is an advantage, as is experience in home healthcare or elderly care.

You are confident in your professional role, take initiative, and dare to think outside the box. With your sharp skills and good judgment, you contribute to quality in the work. You work independently and in close collaboration with other professionals and the individual. A respectful approach is a prerequisite, and we place great importance on personal suitability.

You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and can document and communicate with the individual, relatives, and colleagues.

A B driver's license is required for the position. The work may involve heavy lifting. Since there is smoking and pets, you should not be allergic.
