About the position
In this role, you will play a crucial role in the chain from sampling to finished analysis results. Your main focus will be on performing and quality-assuring analyses using modern laboratory techniques and advanced instruments. The work requires high technical competence and a knack for methodology, as you will be responsible for everything from daily calibration and maintenance of equipment to technical validation of results.
As we work with several clients in the Life Science field, tasks may vary somewhat, but you will receive more information later in this process.
We are looking for someone who
- Has a university degree in the Life Science field
- Masters very good Swedish and good English in both spoken and written form.
It is a merit if you have laboratory experience from, for example, extra or summer jobs. We view applicants from/with connections to Umeå positively as the position is long-term.
