JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a summer substitute during the months of June, July, and August. Those who can work throughout the summer will be prioritized, as it is important for our clients to meet the same people and get to know them.

As a case officer, you will assess and make decisions regarding services according to the Social Services Act for our residents who need, for example, home care or special accommodation. You will also handle cases and investigations for individuals under 65 with disabilities. As a case officer with us, you will work according to the IBIC method.

As a case officer, you will engage in preventive work based on your area of responsibility and work purposefully to achieve results.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have relevant education for the position, which means you are a social worker or equivalent. For example, you are studying to become a social worker, at least in your 4th semester or more, or have other equivalent education. Experience in elderly care is an advantage.

We expect you to have a strong interest in working with investigations.

Since the work involves close collaboration with individual clients, external and internal providers, colleagues, and other stakeholders, we believe you have a special talent for meeting others and collaborating successfully. You are secure, flexible, and have a holistic view, seeing your role in collaboration with others. You value diversity and understand that background can influence in various ways.

You have the ability to maintain focus to achieve results and work systematically through planning, organizing, and prioritizing your work. You are good at working both independently and in teams, and you have the ability to maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in your daily work as a public authority.

We want you to have a good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and that you find it easy to interpret relevant legislation.

A driving license (B) is required for the position.
