Your tasks

A varied and operational role where you work closely with the business:

• Support users in the business system Monitor G5, including administration of permissions, management of access, and simpler purchases
• Assist colleagues with IT-related questions related to Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and other work tools
• Install and configure computers and phones and assist with apps, email, and technical settings
• Act as a contact person between the office in Solna, the central IT function, and the company's IT supplier
• Be responsible for meeting room technology, information screens, and simpler troubleshooting of technical equipment
• Perform practical tasks related to alarms, access systems, and property-related matters

Good to know

The role is based at the office in Solna and serves as an important link between the site and the head office. You report to the People & Culture Manager and are part of a team of about 50 employees.

The position is a permanent full-time employment that starts with a six-month probation period. Background checks are conducted as part of the recruitment process. Start date according to agreement.

Our expectations

We are looking for someone with experience in technical support in a production-related role in a manufacturing company. You have good experience working in a Windows environment and with Office 365, including troubleshooting, installation, and configuration of computers and mobile devices.

You have good knowledge of Monitor G5 and understand how the system is used in everyday life in, for example, production, warehousing, and material flows. You do not need to be a specialist, but you should have enough understanding to support and explain to other employees.

You have at least a high school education in IT or technology or equivalent work experience and can express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

As a person, you are service-oriented, pedagogical, and attentive. You take responsibility, are solution-oriented, and enjoy a role with varied tasks. You are comfortable interacting with users at different levels and find it easy to take the initiative. To thrive in the role, you need to enjoy being on-site, working practically, and contributing where the need arises.
