As a Junior Facility Manager for HVDC, you will support the senior Facility Managers in their daily work and various projects. The issues that arise are challenging but usually not complex. In some projects, the work may include integrating supplier information into the project plan as well as tracking and reviewing supplier deliveries.

Your Responsibilities

• The Facility Manager HVDC is responsible for planning and developing facilities and workplaces, common furniture and equipment, information and signage, including ensuring well-being to enhance community and collaboration.
• Link between HVDC and Real Estate regarding coordination, renovations, energy issues, and calculations.
• Ensure active sustainability work with LSO, LSA, and safety coordinator.
• Contact person for local issues and property matters and coordination with Coor for cleaning and facility services (IFM).

Your Background

• Experience and interest in facility management and service is an advantage in this position.
• Coordination and structuring ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.
• You have a proactive mindset to foresee both challenges and opportunities.
• Good communication skills and a desire to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
• Self-driven in a fast-paced environment with the ability to take initiative.
