Your Responsibilities

A Maintenance Engineer's primary task is to plan and execute maintenance work to ensure that production processes function efficiently and reliably. This includes troubleshooting, monitoring contractors and technical staff, ordering special components, and developing maintenance strategies and procedures.

The role also includes creating maintenance documentation and collaborating with the purchasing department to maintain inventory. Furthermore, one is responsible for keeping records of faults and repairs as well as improving workflows and processes in production.

Your Profile

For the role, more than 6 years of relevant work experience and a bachelor's degree or higher are required, alternatively more than 15 years of experience with another technical education. Fluent English in both spoken and written form is a minimum requirement, and knowledge of Swedish is an advantage.

Key competencies include technical skills, problem-solving ability, teamwork skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Experience with maintenance systems and the ability to communicate with customers, colleagues, and other departments are also important.
