We are looking for a senior requirements analyst for a larger and mission-critical IT program within the energy sector. You will be a key person in ensuring that solutions are developed in line with business needs, user value, and technical prerequisites.

The assignment includes analysis applications that handle and process large data sets for planning transmission networks and developing power grids, including data exchange with Nordic system operators. The environment is characterized by high security requirements with primarily purchased or in-house developed on-prem solutions as well as shared Nordic services. In-house developed systems are found in C#, Python, C++, and React, and are operated on Windows, Linux, or Kubernetes.

The working method is project-based according to PPS, and the delivery teams within the management organization work agile. You will initially work in projects but may also become relevant for work in an agile delivery team during the assignment. Collaboration occurs closely with data scientists, power system analysts, as well as roles such as domain and solution architects, test leaders, and project managers.

• Identify, analyze, document, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements from various stakeholders.
• Plan and conduct workshops, user interviews, observations, and document studies to capture requirements.
• Break down requirements into manageable and value-creating deliveries and define acceptance criteria.
• Ensure that requirements are clearly formulated, developable, and testable.
• Collaborate closely with business experts, project members, delivery teams, and/or suppliers to create a common understanding of requirements, priorities, and expectations.
• Anchor and coordinate requirements between stakeholders and interested parties.
• Be responsible for traceability of requirements throughout the development chain.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of working methods, documentation, and requirements processes.
• Support testing and quality assurance through requirements validation and review of test cases.
• Provide methodological support in requirements management to business specialists/requirements owners.
• Design or revise work processes for the receiving organization.
• Participate in public procurements when a new application needs to be specified and procured.

• At least 10 years of experience as a requirements analyst.
• Documented experience in capturing, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience in formulating acceptance criteria and ensuring that requirements are testable.
• Experience in traceability of requirements through the development chain.
• Experience in agile requirements work and associated methods and tools.
• Ability to work closely with multiple stakeholder groups (business, project, delivery teams, and suppliers).
• Ability to undergo and be approved in a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted).

• Experience with PPS.
• Experience from environments with on-prem solutions and high security requirements.
• Experience with analysis applications that handle large data sets.
• Experience in related roles such as product owner or UX designer.
• Experience with public procurements.
• Technical understanding of environments where C#, Python, C++, and/or React are used, as well as operation in Windows, Linux, and/or Kubernetes.
