We are looking for a senior test manager with experience working closely with project management and operations in the implementation of a new journal system within dental care/healthcare. The assignment includes acceptance testing and follow-up of a large requirements specification, focusing on quality, traceability, and effective collaboration between operations and suppliers. The working method is agile with delivery in sprints, and you will play a central role in driving test preparations and execution while ensuring a stable acceptance process.

An important part of the assignment is also knowledge transfer and mentoring of an internal test manager who will gradually take over the work.

• Analyze and structure requirements and develop test cases, test specifications, and test runs for acceptance testing.
• Establish a test plan and contribute to the project's overall test strategy as needed.
• Lead, coordinate, and follow up on acceptance tests together with operations and reference groups.
• Be responsible for error management, prioritization, and follow-up in Azure DevOps.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, tests, and delivery in close collaboration with project management, operations, and suppliers.
• Support, educate, and mentor a new internal test manager through ongoing knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate and organize several superuser groups participating in the testing and acceptance work.

• At least 5 years of experience in test management in larger IT projects.
• At least 3 years of experience leading acceptance tests in projects that include at least 300 requirements.
• At least 3 years of experience with Azure DevOps in at least one of the following areas: requirements, test cases, test runs, error management.
• Experience in developing test plans and test strategies in implementation projects.
• Experience leading operational tests together with reference or pilot groups.
• Experience in mentoring and knowledge transfer in ongoing projects.
• Certification as a test manager, ISTQB Test Manager, or equivalent.
• Completed reference assignments of equivalent scope and complexity.

• Experience in testing within dental care or healthcare.
• Experience in testing during the implementation of journal or healthcare information systems.
• Experience in integration testing in environments with many adjacent IT systems.
• Experience in testing systems with high demands on security, confidentiality, logging, and access management.
• Experience working through entire projects in the public sector.
• Experience with Azure DevOps in two or more of the following areas: requirements, test cases, test runs, error management.
