As a system administrator in the social office's staff, you will work with the development and management of our operational systems together with three colleagues. The operation has high quality requirements, which makes the development and management of our operational systems an important part of the digitalization strategy.

Your responsibilities:

- Be responsible for system management and development of our internal systems
- Implement and maintain CSS styling to improve user experience.
- Report development based on SQL queries
- Work strategically to optimize and streamline our work processes from a system perspective
- Collaborate with different operations to ensure that the systems meet the needs of the operations
- Training of key persons/super users
- Implementation of e-services
- AI development

Who are you?

We are looking for a driven and strategic system administrator for our team. You will play a key role in developing and managing our systems. You should have experience and an interest in digitalization issues in general and system management in particular to develop the operations. The work requires a good ability to work independently while you easily create good relationships and contribute to good collaboration. We expect you to be able to handle the Office suite and have very good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

Requirements:
- You have a relevant university education or similar experience that has given you solid knowledge in system management.
- Documented experience in system management

Meritorious:
- The operational system Combine
- Knowledge and experience in CSS programming.
- Experience in creating reports based on SQL queries
- Knowledge of individual and family care operations

The social office has about 700 employees and is organized into four operational areas. You will belong to the social office's staff of 19 people with colleagues who are system administrators, digitalization developers, economists, business strategists, lawyers, administrators, and caseworkers in the Permit Unit. Our mission is to provide service and be available to all who need support, help, and care.
