Our operations are located in the picturesque Dänningelanda, about 10 kilometers south of Växjö. In Dänningelanda, we have two group homes, Jansgård and Ainagården, a service housing facility, and a Daily Activity center. We are looking for summer substitutes for our homes and, as needed, Daily Activity during weeks 25-32.

In your role as an employee at Skåningegård, you will support individuals based on their individual circumstances. You provide support, service, and care to the extent that each individual needs according to the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons (LSS).

Your work includes helping with personal care, household chores, supporting contact with various community functions, medication management, documenting via computer, and supporting residents by listening and being present. You need to have a basic sense of security and always be mindful to meet the residents with respect and care. We work based on a low-arousal approach.

Our care services involve work during the day, evening, and weekends (separate night shifts). You will work according to a fixed schedule. The working hours vary from about 80-100%. We prioritize those who can work the entire holiday period (W.25 - W.32).

Meriting but not a requirement: Education in clarifying pedagogy, care, and nursing, or experience in a similar field. You should have completed high school or be studying at a university.

Requirements:
You must have a B driver's license. You must be able to speak and write Swedish as we document in the documentation system Epsilon. We require a criminal record extract.
