We at Attendo are now looking for 4 nursing assistants for Attendo Home Care in Staffanstorp.

Attendo Home Care is located in Staffanstorp, just outside Malmö/Lund. We have an agreement with Staffanstorp municipality to provide home care, delegated home healthcare, respite care, escorting, and household services.

About the role

As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere is a big part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that brighten the everyday life of our elderly.

Your tasks include, among other things:

  • Personal care according to the organization's routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes

  • Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions

  • Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Who are you?

You are a trained nursing assistant with a professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare with the right to be called a nursing assistant, you have a B driver's license, and you speak and write good Swedish. You enjoy providing good care, building strong relationships, and want to enhance the quality of life for our customers. As a person, you are independent, humble, meticulous, and responsible. You are passionate about caring for the elderly, see the individual's needs, and are engaged with their relatives.

You will become part of a team of employees who all strive to go the extra mile and motivate for a good life. Therefore, it is important that you find it easy to collaborate, have a pedagogical approach, and contribute to a good and pleasant atmosphere in our workplace.

Qualifications/Requirements for employment

  • Nursing assistant education of at least 1450 points.

  • Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare with the right to be called a nursing assistant

  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)

  • Good computer skills/computer familiarity

  • Driver's license B

Meritorious:

  • Experience from care work in elderly care

  • Experience of delegated home healthcare.

Summary

Role: Nursing Assistant

Employment type: Permanent employment, with probationary period of up to 6 months

Working hours: 50-70.61%

Working time: approximately 16:00-22:30 evenings and every other weekend (perfectly combinable with studies)

Start date: as soon as possible or by agreement
