Here, there is a well-staffed health center with about 38 employees from various professional categories taking care of approximately 8,400 registered patients. With us, we strive for care with continuity and teamwork within and outside professional boundaries.

Those of us working at the health center today are nurses, district nurses, specialists in general medicine, ST doctors, AT doctors, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, and physiotherapists. With our broad range of services, we can offer our patients well-developed specialist clinics in areas such as diabetes, asthma/COPD, hypertension, elderly care, and dementia. We also have dietitians, social workers, and occupational therapists, as well as a child health center (BVC).

It is easy to commute to the railway hub of Hässleholm, and from Lund, it takes about 30 minutes by train. You can easily reach the Solbrinken health center by city bus, which stops right outside, or with a short bike ride if you prefer. We particularly care about our employees and are therefore attentive to your wishes regarding working hours and schedules.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse or district nurse, you will have a varied workday including reception work, telephone advice, case management in 1177, triage, and medical assessments. There will also be opportunities to work with one of our nurse-led specialist clinics if there is interest.

We have a close collaboration with competent and dedicated colleagues. We have good cohesion between the professions, which makes it possible to ask questions if needed.

We offer you good development opportunities with training based on your interests and the needs of the organization. Additionally, we expect you to be involved in improvement work and organizational development with the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in the specific competencies of the various clinics.

The position is a fixed-term employment from 2026-03-01 to 2026-08-31.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed nurse with the authority to practice in Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s scale are required. If you have further education as a district nurse, this is an advantage. We would also like you to have experience working in a health center and in the PMO journal system.

As a person, you have a genuine interest in people, working with the patient in focus, and have a good approach. You have the ability to prioritize your tasks according to needs and see opportunities instead of obstacles. Additionally, you are eager for good collaboration and contribute to this by sharing your knowledge and engagement in the team. Furthermore, you are responsible with the ability to make your own decisions while valuing teamwork. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
