Bo Bra Hemma is part of the main mission Health. The Home Care Bo Bra Hemma Södra Centrum is centrally located in Ängelholm and is a cycling area. The operation includes nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, unit managers, coordinators, planners, care assistants, and nursing aides.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The main task is care in the form of support and assistance to residents in their daily lives. Planning and organizing the work is done in close collaboration with the unit manager, coordinators, planners, colleagues, and other professionals.

Health and Medical tasks are performed under the delegation of a nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist.

We work with computers, mobile phones, tablets, and IT systems for documentation and communication, so it is important that you are comfortable with these work tools.

QUALIFICATIONS

It is a requirement that you have a care assistant degree and proof of the right to use the title care assistant. It is also required that you can speak and write fluent Swedish and that you can pass a medication delegation.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience in:

• Home care work
• Quality registers such as BPSD and Senior Alert

You should be well acquainted with the intentions of the Social Services Act and the basic provisions for what should be documented according to the Social Services Act.

The job requires that you can cycle.

You will need to use personal Bank-ID to log into your work schedule and our operational systems.
