Vårdcentralen Getingen is a small and family-oriented health care unit with approximately 6,000 registered patients and around 20 dedicated employees. We are one of Lund's youngest health centers and have built an operation characterized by joy at work, high medical quality, and close collaboration across professional boundaries since our inception.

Our premises are located in the Skåne University Hospital area, providing access to unique services such as pneumatic tubes, logistics, and laundry management, as well as close cooperation with the evening and weekend clinic. We operate based on a modern basic offering in collaboration with other health care units and are active in the development of the future primary care.

We are now establishing the first public psychotherapy care option in the Central Primary Care area and are therefore looking for a psychotherapist who wants to be involved in both the health center's work and the establishment of our new psychotherapy clinic. With us, you will be part of a positive and supportive team, while also having the opportunity to work independently in a role that makes a real difference for our patients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this position, you will work partly with the health center and partly within the psychotherapy care option. You will meet patients with mild to moderate mental health issues and be responsible for assessment, treatment, and follow-up through supportive and therapeutic conversations.

Within the psychotherapy care option, you will work independently with psychological treatment based on evidence-based methods, primarily CBT. You will also actively contribute to shaping structures, routines, and working methods in a developing operation.

At the health center, you will work closely with other professionals and contribute your psychotherapeutic expertise to the interdisciplinary teamwork, including through consultations and treatment interventions. Documentation and follow-up will be done according to applicable guidelines and systems. You will have support from both management and colleagues in your daily work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed psychotherapist with a CBT focus, authorized to practice within Swedish healthcare. Proficiency in Swedish at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s language scale is a requirement.

It is an advantage if you have:

• experience in independent treatment work
• experience in primary care
• familiarity with the PMO journal system
• experience in psychotherapy care options.

You have a good demeanor, a professional and ethical approach, and a commitment to both patients and operational development.
