In Svalöv Municipality, we are now looking for nursing assistants for home care who want to be an active part of an engaged team.

We work in teams with a focus on the needs, safety, and participation of our care recipients. Together, we take responsibility for the overall planning, implementation, and development of care.

As a nursing assistant, you will work in the care recipients' own homes with:

• Personal care, support, and service in daily life
• Health and medical tasks by delegation
• Documentation according to applicable legislation
• Active and good collaboration with colleagues, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and care managers.

To meet the needs of our care recipients, we see that you want to take, renew, and work with the delegations required. You will receive support, introduction, and conditions for success – we do this together.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title
• Has a genuine commitment to elderly care and person-centered care
• Is positive about working with delegations as part of your professional responsibility
• Enjoys working in a team and actively contributes to good collaboration
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has a B driver's license (requirement)

You are a person who:

• Takes responsibility but also asks for support when needed
• Wants to develop and contribute to the improvement of the organization
• Sees the value in collaboration and shared goals through team-based working methods
• Meets care recipients and relatives with respect, safety, and attentiveness

Working hours: day/evening/weekend according to schedule
