Summer Substitute for Biomedical Analyst Students
We are now looking for you who are studying to become a biomedical analyst and are interested in working as a summer substitute in your upcoming profession!
About the Position
We are the largest pathology laboratory in the Nordics, handling approximately 300,000 samples per year.
We perform highly specialized diagnostics where all our employees are an important part of the chain.
Within the specialty of pathology and cytology, we study tissues and cells to investigate and diagnose diseases. The test results we produce are crucial for making the correct diagnosis, but the results are also used to predict which treatment is best suited.
The tasks may include sample reception, handling of fresh and formalin-fixed specimens, paraffin embedding and sectioning, manual and automated staining, as well as scanning for digital pathology. The tasks may vary depending on experience and which unit you will work in.
