Welcome to a small clinic with short decision-making paths

We are looking for a nurse interested in working extra as needed with us. You will work in pairs with the assistant unit manager in our telephone reception, and your role involves a broad assignment with both patient work and administrative tasks. In the telephone reception, you will assess patients who call us directly, book urgent appointments, communicate with our healthcare partners, and act as a site coordinator for our two inpatient care departments. The role is central to the reception and clinic, and therefore we believe you will enjoy varied tasks, problem-solving, and collaboration between units. Our reception is open on weekdays from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, and evening and weekend shifts do not occur.

We are looking for

You who are a licensed nurse with prior experience in psychiatry. You enjoy administrative tasks and have good computer skills. The position requires you to have your own drive and the ability to make independent decisions. You are accustomed to working independently and express yourself well in both speech and writing. Personal suitability is highly valued.

About us

Psykiatricentrum has units in the Södertälje hospital area and external premises in Södertälje. Our mission is to provide adult psychiatric specialist care for residents of Södertälje, Salem, and Nykvarn municipalities aged 18 and over.

The organization is a results unit within the Stockholm County Council's healthcare area, SLSO, and has around 180 employees. The number of residents in the catchment area is approximately 115,000. The organization is divided into two sections with four outpatient units and three inpatient care departments.

• in addition to Swedish professional certification, good knowledge of the Swedish language at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
