WePack AB is currently looking for a new customer service representative for our office in Malmö. In this role, you will work for one of the largest companies in Europe in smart accessories. You will assist calling and emailing customers who have questions about delivery times, complaints, and general product inquiries.

Main tasks and what we are looking for:

Customer service via phone and email

You will answer questions from customers via phone and email. Our customers are primarily in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland, but also in other parts of Europe.

Communication is mainly in Swedish and English. Knowledge of other European languages, such as Danish, Finnish, or German, is a plus but not a requirement.

Troubleshooting and problem-solving

You will identify the customer's problem and guide them to a solution in a clear and pedagogical manner.

Previous experience in troubleshooting is not a requirement. We will teach you how our products and systems work. However, it is important that you enjoy analyzing problems and figuring out what has actually gone wrong - for example, being able to see when a customer has ordered the wrong model and helping them find the right one.

Process refunds

Pick and pack exchanges as well as light warehouse work

Meticulous and organized

Flexible team player who can also work independently

Fluent communication in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Enjoy delivering service over the phone and email

Flexible for warehouse work, such as packing and shipping orders, as well as restocking products

We expect you to have good computer skills and be comfortable working in various programs and systems. The role involves daily work in computer-based tools, which requires a basic understanding of how a computer and programs work.

Preferred:

Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.

Previous experience in e-commerce is preferred but not required.

Fluent communication in spoken and written form in any of the following languages: Finnish, German, and/or Dutch is preferred but not required.

Your profile:

We prefer that you have a complete high school diploma, and it is a plus if you have worked in customer service before. Since this position involves both talking on the phone with and responding to emails from customers, we would like you to be patient, stress-resistant, and communicative. To perform this job, you must also be service-oriented, positive, and have high computer skills. You must also be able to express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form.
