Our Offer
As a summer substitute in home healthcare, you will not only have welcoming colleagues and a meaningful workday, but you will also have the opportunity to enjoy Gotland's unique environment and summer vibes in your free time.

Home Healthcare
When illness or disability makes it difficult for patients to visit the health center or hospital, we in home healthcare are there to provide careful medical care directly in the patient's own home, at short-term accommodations, and in special housing. We are a total of about 80 employees distributed across three different teams around our island, and we are currently looking for physiotherapists for our summer substitutes!
Home healthcare is planned based on geographical areas with multiprofessional teams including physiotherapists, district nurses, occupational therapists, rehabilitation assistants, and nursing assistants. The goal is always to provide good and safe care where patients feel secure, involved, and well treated.
Home healthcare in Gotland as a workplace is characterized by a good climate with high ceilings and satisfied employees, which is also reflected in our consistently good results in our employee surveys.
We care about a good work environment and a balanced work life, and therefore give you great opportunities to influence your working hours and employment degree. All summer substitutes are offered a structured introduction with regular staff.
Your Tasks
The role of a physiotherapist in home healthcare involves actively participating in care planning and performing rehabilitative interventions in our patients' ordinary homes – alternatively at short-term placements or in special housing.
Your tasks include assessment, treatment, prescribing aids, and follow-up of physiotherapeutic interventions.
Who Are You?
We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist and have a B driver's license.
The work requires your personal ability to plan and prioritize your tasks, as well as having a pedagogical approach. Since we work in multiprofessional teams, it is also important that you are good at collaborating and communicating with others. You need to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and have relevant IT skills for the position.
In this recruitment, ongoing selection and interviews are applied, so do not wait to submit your application. Warm welcome to a summer in home healthcare in Gotland, we look forward to hearing from you!
