Do you want to work as a nurse in the field of internal medicine? If so, you are warmly welcome to join us! Our departments include stroke, medicine, geriatrics/infection, cardiology, as well as outpatient clinics and dialysis/kidney care.

Your placement may be shared/rotating, but placement decisions will be made upon hiring.

You must be able to work both independently and in close collaboration with other professionals to provide the best possible care for hospitalized patients. We strive to deliver good and safe care and wish for both staff and patients to thrive here with us.

Your Responsibilities

As a nurse, you are responsible for the well-being of patients, which means you make qualified assessments, interpret patients' needs, and implement nursing measures in consultation with other staff, patients, and sometimes even relatives.

With an empathetic approach, you see the whole patient, their needs, and situation. You can quickly adapt to changing conditions and adjust your working methods based on the current situation. You perform a varied and responsible job and communicate clearly with your team to ensure good results.

As a nurse, you work closely with nursing assistants, doctors, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists regarding your patients.

We operate around the clock and currently primarily need day and evening staff.

Who Are You?

You are a licensed nurse. Previous experience in the field of internal medicine is an advantage, but the right person in the right place is also an important factor. If you are newly graduated, a mentor will be assigned to help you transition into your work smoothly.

Personal maturity, teamwork ability, holistic perspective, responsibility, and initiative are qualities we value. A desire to create a good work environment is equally important.
