About Close Care - Mobile Rehab Team Gotland

We provide rehabilitation at Attendo's own special accommodations (SÄBO) in Gotland. We are a dedicated and competent rehab team of a total of 4 people (2 occupational therapists, 2 physiotherapists) and are now looking for a fifth colleague to expand the team.

We are seeking a licensed physiotherapist for a permanent position at 70-100%.

Job Description

In your role as a physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessments, interventions, documentation, MTP, as well as guidance and training of care staff, both independently and in collaboration with colleagues.

You will work alongside an experienced and competent occupational therapist colleague at our 3 nursing homes in southern Gotland: Attendo Hemse, Attendo Iliansgården, and Attendo Sudergården. You will spend 70% of your time at the residences and 30% on investigations, transfer training, and quality work.

The mobile team is constantly engaged in development work, and we expect you to find it exciting to develop and to be stimulated by testing new working methods. Together with the rehab team, you will ensure that care continuously evolves.

You should enjoy working in a flexible and challenging environment and be able to work as part of a team in close collaboration with rehab teams and nursing assistants.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble, with the ability to prioritize and lead others. You enjoy mentoring staff in health and medical care issues and are motivated to organize care in the best way together with your colleagues.

Requirements

  • Licensed physiotherapist
  • Driver's license B
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious

  • Experience working in SÄBO and/or geriatrics
  • Master's degree (not a requirement)
