We at Attendo are now looking for care assistants for Hemse Elderly Home.

About the role

You will be responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a big part of your role, as well as contributing to various activities that brighten the everyday life of our elderly.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Personal care according to the organization's routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes

• If necessary, assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.

• Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions

Who are you?

As a person, you are independent, humble, meticulous, and responsible. You are passionate about elderly care, see the individual's needs, and are engaged with their relatives.

You will be part of a dedicated team of employees who all strive to go the extra mile. Therefore, it is important to have an easy time collaborating, have a pedagogical approach, and contribute to a good and pleasant atmosphere in our workplace.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written, at least C1 level)

• Good computer skills/computer familiarity

Meritorious:

• Experience from care work in elderly care

• Experience in delegation.

• Assistant nurse or care assistant education
