Welcome to Vårdcentralen Visborg.

We provide primary care on behalf of Region Gotland as part of Praktikertjänst, and we always strive to offer high-quality care with good accessibility and service to our patients.

We care about each other and our patients. By having a patient cap, we can offer our patients security and continuity, which also provides our employees with a good working environment. We have stable staffing and low employee turnover. Our team consists of doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, secretaries, psychologists, rehabilitation coordinators, and a jack-of-all-trades. The operations manager and all members of the management team work clinically, which creates a flat organization. Since our start in 2008, our collaborative culture has fostered a pleasant and dynamic work environment. We regularly welcome students in training within our various professional categories, which allows us to constantly renew and develop our skills.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a licensed district nurse or nurse. The job responsibilities include telephone counseling, triage, medical assessments, outpatient work, dressings, etc.

Qualifications

It is important to us that you are committed to providing our patients with high-quality service, have a flexible approach, good collaboration skills, and contribute to a positive work climate. Personal suitability is highly valued. Experience from a health center and familiarity with the Take Care journal system is a plus.

Additional Information

Working hours vary according to needs, but during the summer, it can be full-time or part-time.
