JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for substitute workers for our LSS activities within group homes, service housing, daily activities, and short-term care.

As a substitute worker, you have the opportunity to work before, during, and after the summer. We offer a fixed summer schedule or the possibility to work as needed.

Become a substitute worker and support individuals with disabilities. Help create safety, participation, and good living conditions in a role where you are important, can contribute, and develop together with our dedicated team.

With us, you will have a varied job that may include support both verbally and physically in areas such as:

• Personal hygiene and care
• Shopping, cooking, and cleaning
• Assistance with medication
• Daily documentation
• Supporting and planning daily and weekly activities in all our operations

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old
• Is responsible, flexible, and has a good attitude
• Is passionate about working with people and within LSS
• Has good communication skills in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Enjoys participating in indoor and outdoor activities regardless of the weather
• Can work day, evening, night, and weekend shifts

Meritorious, but not a requirement:

• Education in nursing or child and leisure studies
• Experience from similar work
• Driving license B

We place great emphasis on your personal suitability and require a police clearance certificate from all candidates who may be considered for employment.
