At Burås kyrkbacke preschool, we are a playful language preschool where we have a co-researching role. We work together across departments, which means you as an educator must be curious and flexible. At the preschool, we cherish good relationships, everyone's equal value, curiosity, and the desire to learn both indoors and outdoors.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed preschool teacher with the ability to create good collaborations and relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are a secure leader and a good role model for both children and adults, with the ability to create a positive and developing environment where children can grow at their own pace.

You can plan, implement, document, and analyze the activities according to the preschool curriculum and other governing documents. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish in both speech and writing, and are comfortable using digital tools in your work.

We are responsible for the education and care of approximately 25,000 children in nearly 350 municipal preschools. The administration has around 7,000 employees distributed across approximately 75 professions. Together, we work towards the same goal - to develop a fun, safe, and educational preschool for all children in Gothenburg.
