Vilan Health Center is seeking a nurse or district nurse who wants to work with us.

We are driven by Bräcke Diakoni and work based on the idea of contributing to good interpersonal meetings. This is done by considering the whole person when we meet our patients. Your role

As a nurse with us, you are a key person in the daily operations of the health center. A large part of the work consists of telephone advice and assessments via digital chat, where you use your professional judgment to guide patients to the right level of care. The role is varied and alternates between independent work and teamwork. In the reception work, you meet patients with acute needs in close collaboration with doctors and nursing assistants.

Who we are looking for

For Vilan Health Center, we are looking for someone who wants to work variably, in a collegial context where you can apply your perspectives and ideas. As a person, you need to be attentive, responsible, and proactive in your work. Through attentiveness and collaboration skills, you contribute to a good working climate in the team.

We welcome you as a licensed nurse. If you are a district nurse, your specialist competence is an asset for us, and there is an opportunity to adapt parts of the assignment. Previous experience from a health center or primary care is meritorious.

Bräcke Health Center Vilan

Bräcke Health Center Vilan is a non-profit health center in Skara where we provide primary care with a focus on quality, continuity, and humane meetings. We are a dedicated team that works cross-professionally and with a holistic view of the person. The health center is located in Hälsans hus and collaborates closely with Bräcke Diakoni's rehabilitation clinic in Skara, which creates good conditions for cooperation, learning, and development.
