The Health and Care Administration, with approximately 1500 employees, is one of the administrations in the city of Mölndal and encompasses elderly care, support for people with disabilities, and health and medical care.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Health and Care Administration is seeking registered nurses for summer temporary positions. We can offer you an interesting and stimulating job in the municipal health and medical care that extends across the entire municipality. We are responsible for nursing homes and short-term units as well as for patients who remain in ordinary housing.

We offer you an introduction with individual shadowing before employment with the summer contract that applies to weeks 26-33.

In your role as a nurse, you work based on the organization's goals and are independently responsible for assessments and planning of care needs. You work consultatively with health-promoting and preventive measures. Daily, you are a guest in others' homes, so it is important that you can create safety and security for the patient and deliver your services with quality.

In your work as a registered nurse, you work independently but are also part of a team with different professions around the patient. Among your tasks are planning and leading the work towards the individual patient and their relatives. You assess, perform, and document your interventions. You work consultatively, health-promoting, and preventive, and contribute to collaboration around the individual patient.

QUALIFICATIONS

To apply for the position, you need to be a registered nurse. It is advantageous if you have further education in primary health care, geriatrics, and psychiatry.

You see the whole picture and can work goal-oriented with each patient, have good collaboration skills, and can work together with others to perform tasks and achieve goals.

For the position, you also need to be structured and use time effectively, working systematically and organized. You have a good ability to engage in dialogue with various stakeholders (home care, health center, relatives, etc.)

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
