JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The municipality's health and medical care has developed in recent years to provide more advanced care in the patient's home with both planned and acute health and medical interventions. The home care organization is responsible for patients of all ages with various diagnoses and varying needs.

Your responsibilities include standard health and medical interventions such as medical assessments, end-of-life care, and contact with relatives for our patients in the municipality. Your role also includes training and supervision of nursing staff, and you will also be a team leader during on-call hours.

The working hours for this position are scheduled for evenings/nights.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed nurse who enjoys challenges and sees opportunities to contribute to good patient safety.

To thrive in your role, you are a secure and stable person. You are responsible, have a flexible approach, and the ability to adapt to different situations. You are structured and can plan and organize your work effectively.

As a person, you value good collaboration with others and can see the benefits of teamwork. We would prefer that you have work experience from municipal home care.

A valid driver's license (B) is required as a car is used as a means of transport in the job.
