About the Company

We are currently looking for a Vendor Support Specialist for our client in central Umeå. You will be employed as a consultant at Clockwork, and the assignment is expected to start immediately and run until September 30th primarily.

Your Responsibilities

As a Vendor Support Specialist, you will be part of a team of 5 people responsible for operations in Sweden, Norway, and Finland. In this role, you will be responsible for creating reports and documentation for sellers and vendor partners regarding various types of bonuses and split payments. This requires you to work in a structured manner with precision and to check parameters in accordance with systems and cooperation agreements. You will also be responsible for invoice registration, verification, and matching of invoices for payment, as well as analysis, reconciliation, and accounting of bonus-related provisions. The role also includes support and administration for the Nordic countries together with the sales and finance departments and towards partners. You are expected to take an active role in developing the Vendor Support's working methods and quality assurance of this.

The role further involves ongoing interaction with internal contacts with department heads and other support departments in the Nordics. You will report to the Senior Vendor Support and Finance Manager at our client.

Your Profile

A bachelor's degree in economics or equivalent education is required, as well as confidence in tasks related to contract management and accounting. You have 1-4 years of experience in a similar role, good knowledge of English, and very good skills in Excel. Knowledge of Finnish is an advantage, as is experience from banking and finance, manufacturing, or international organizations.

We are looking for someone with strong numerical analysis skills, who communicates clearly and works service-oriented and meticulously. You are driven, structured, and strategic, with the ability to plan and prioritize effectively. Additionally, you actively maintain your specialist knowledge and serve as a knowledge resource for others.
