This is a full-time consulting assignment. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for our client. This provides both you and the company a good opportunity to get to know each other and evaluate how you enjoy your collaboration.

Responsibilities

In the role of booking assistant, you will be responsible for booking international transports and ensuring that the process runs smoothly. The work is primarily conducted via email, with some contact over the phone. You will register and confirm bookings in the company's systems and administrative tools, while ensuring that everything is handled correctly and efficiently.

An important part of the role is to answer customer inquiries regarding delivery times and transport-related matters. You will also have regular contact with internal colleagues to coordinate and optimize the booking flow.

This role suits you if you enjoy administrative work, have an eye for detail, and want to contribute to a structured and well-functioning transport process.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Basic high school education

  • Experience with administrative tasks and familiarity with systems

  • Good written communication skills, primarily in Swedish but also some English

We are looking for a meticulous and responsible person who enjoys administrative tasks and has a good ability to work in a structured manner. Since the position is part of a larger team, the person needs to have good communication skills and be able to express themselves clearly and professionally in both Swedish and English, especially in writing. As the tasks are varied and often screen-based, good adaptability is also required to smoothly switch between different tasks. Therefore, we are looking for a structured and organized person who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and who enjoys an administrative role with a focus on quality and efficiency.
