We are now looking for a Financial Analyst with a focus on supplier relations for an exciting company in Umeå. The role is suitable for you who enjoys numbers, structure, and collaboration, and who wants to work in an international environment where quality and accuracy are in focus. The desired start date is February 16, 2026. This is a consultancy assignment initially until September 30, 2026, where you will be employed through The Place.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Creating reports and documentation for bonus and split payments

• Working with invoice registration, verification, and matching

• Analyzing, reconciling, and booking bonus-related provisions

• Providing support and administrative assistance to sales, finance departments, and partners in the Nordics

• Contributing to the development and quality assurance of working methods within Vendor Support

Qualifications

In this role, we would like you to have the following:

• Post-secondary education in finance

• 1–4 years of experience in a similar role or as an accounting economist

• Very good knowledge of Excel

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience from banking or financial operations

• Experience from an international organization

• Knowledge of Finnish
