We are now looking for a Junior HR Partner with experience in recruitment and employer branding. Do you want to work independently in your role but still have access to experienced colleagues to bounce ideas off and be part of a forward-looking and global environment? About the role As an HR Partner, you will be part of the HR team at JOST Umeå. The role focuses on recruitment and maintaining and developing collaborations with schools and internship programs. You will also work with other operational HR tasks such as internal communication, key performance reporting, and providing administrative HR support. Together with the HR team, you will actively contribute to the company's ongoing development and improvement efforts.
Key responsibilities
Drive and support recruitment processes - job profiles, advertising, selection, interviews, and onboarding
Develop recruitment tools and ensure a positive candidate experience
Contribute to the development and improvement of the recruitment and onboarding process
Develop and maintain collaborations with schools and internship programs such as Tekniksprånget and Co-op
Employer branding both externally and internally
Participate in HR projects and development initiatives
HR reporting
You will work both within our production unit in Brännland and at our office in central Umeå, so it is an advantage if you have access to a car.

We would like you to
Be educated in human resources or have equivalent experience
Have previously worked in an HR role focused on recruitment
Have experience with social media and employer branding
Since we work both locally and globally, good communication skills in Swedish and English are important
